Customers can place orders directly through our website and from Instagram.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in the description or price, or fraud prevention.

• Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All payments must be completed before orders are processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• We offer free shipping to USA.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
• We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty and Guarantees
Our lab-grown and natural diamonds come with a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

At Linked Diamonds, we take pride in providing high-quality lab-grown diamonds and natural diamonds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
• You may return items purchased from Linked Diamonds within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
• Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way cannot be returned.
3. Return Process

2. Request a Return Authorization: You will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with the RA number.
4. Ship the Item: Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
4. Refund Process
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the inspection is completed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
